Brief Intro to Atteign and the Roadmap Service
As a professional committed to continuous growth, I’ve always been drawn to coaching. When I founded Atteign, my goal was to create a high-impact service that busy professionals could realistically sustain.
Atteign offers two core services: career coaching and FACHE advancement support through the Atteign Roadmap, a tool I personally developed and tested. While my background is in healthcare leadership, the principles behind Atteign are applicable across industries and career stages.
Coaching is one of the most effective ways to accelerate professional growth through focused feedback, accountability, and reflection. Atteign’s services range from flexible coaching engagements to more intensive five-week programs.
While pursuing my own FACHE credential, I found the process cumbersome to navigate. The Atteign Roadmap was created to simplify the study process by providing guided support that helps professionals achieve FACHE with less stress and greater confidence.
Overview of FACHE Certification
The FACHE certification is a process by which an eligible candidate earns a highly regarded distinction for healthcare leaders. This professional distinction is a board certification awarded to individuals who have demonstrated the highest level of competency in their field. This competency is established through industry experience, credentials, peer recognition, and passing a competitive standardized examination.

Being recognized nationwide by others in the field.
Demonstrating your commitment and competency to current and future employers.
Becoming eligible for “FACHE-only” education and networking sessions at the annual ACHE Congress each March.
To be eligible, candidates must meet specific qualifications, including:
Being a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for at least one year (Student Associate membership does not count toward the one year).
Possessing a Master’s or other post-baccalaureate degree.
Currently holding an executive-level healthcare management position.
Having a minimum of five years of healthcare management experience.
Meeting 36 education credits and 4 community service activities.
